- Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7-10 business days.

- Cheques are not accepted as a form of payment.
- Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted digital payment methods.
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, Driver’s License) at the time of check-in.
- Guests failing to provide a valid ID will not be permitted entry, and any advance payments will be forfeited.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa during check-in.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property and room during their stay.
- Any damages to hotel property, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, electronics, or linens, will be assessed, and the guest will be charged accordingly.
- The hotel reserves the right to deduct the cost of damages from the guest's security deposit or charge the credit card on file.
- The management is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any articles unless they have been entrusted to the hotel’s care and a receipt has been obtained.
- Guests are advised to utilize the in-room safes or deposit valuables at the front desk for safekeeping.
- Guests are required to verify their cash, valuables, and other luggage at the time of check-in and check-out.
- The hotel will not entertain claims of lost or missing items if discrepancies are not reported immediately upon arrival or departure.
- For the safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and common areas. Violation will result in a cleaning fee.
- Guests must respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Weapons, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Security staff are authorized to deny entry or request guests to leave in case of non-compliance with hotel rules.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes for valuables.
- Any items left behind by guests will be kept for 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated or discarded.
- Hotel Bansidhar is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or emergencies.
